بيض اليوني من الكوارتز الكريستالي

The polished surface feels incredibly smooth when I hold it, and just spending a few minutes with it during meditation has noticeably deepened my breathing. I've only used it for three sessions so far, but the subtle weight is grounding in a way I didn't expect.

I was skeptical about the whole practice, but the smoothness of the quartz makes insertion surprisingly comfortable, and I do feel a subtle, focused warmth during my meditation sessions. It's become a calming part of my evening routine, and the size feels manageable for daily wear.

The weight of the stone is just enough to feel grounding once it's in place, and the smooth surface makes removal a breeze. I've been using it during my evening meditation and the subtle shifts in awareness are real—my body feels more tuned in, less tense by the end of the day.
