The weight of these dice feels perfect in my palm during meditation, and the amethyst's deep purple really helps me focus on my intentions. I've been using them every evening for two weeks now and my sessions feel noticeably more grounded.
The facets catch the light beautifully when I hold them up to my window, and even just keeping one in my palm during breathing exercises feels grounding. They've become a small ritual I actually look forward to each evening.
These dice have a nice weight to them when I hold them during meditation, and the amethyst and quartz really help me focus on my intentions. I've started using them every evening before bed, and my sessions feel noticeably deeper.
