The breathing exercises paired with the affirmations really helped me drop into my body instead of just listening passively. I've done it three nights in a row now and each time I feel a release I didn't know I was holding.
The sound portion really anchors you, and the way it guides you through honoring your womb feels deeply personal rather than generic. I've done a lot of meditations, but this one left me feeling genuinely connected and at peace afterward.
The affirmations and breathwork in this track really anchored me, and by the end my whole pelvis felt warm and unclenched. It’s rare that a meditation makes me feel that physically present in my own body.
