Amethyst and Quartz Crystal Meditation Dice

The facets catch the light beautifully when I hold them up to my window, and even just keeping one in my palm during breathing exercises feels grounding. They've become a small ritual I actually look forward to each evening.

These dice have a nice weight to them when I hold them during meditation, and the amethyst and quartz really help me focus on my intentions. I've started using them every evening before bed, and my sessions feel noticeably deeper.
