The smoky quartz feels grounding during my womb meditation, and I love that it’s meant to absorb and release heavy energy as I hold it. It’s smooth and fits comfortably, making my practice feel more intentional and lighter afterward.

I’d been hesitant about the whole practice, but this smoky quartz egg has a nice weight to it that makes it easy to keep in place during my morning meditation. It does feel like it helps me release tension, though I wish the included storage pouch were a bit sturdier for the price.
